Leaking
I only realized after getting home that this bag was leaking. There is liquid inside the bag, and the sauce has gotten other items.

Thought the flavor was great and the vegetables were fairly crisp (although I would prefer bigger, crispier pieces). The package was a little messy and hard to get everything out. And I thought the price was a little high for the amount you get.

As close to homemade taste as I could find in America
After having homemade kimchi in Korea, it was tough for me to find a kimchi that even came close to satisfying my taste for it. But this is the best I have found! The bag is a little messy at times, but I think it helps keep it fresher than others. Perfect!

I haven’t and maybe won’t write a review on target ever again but this stuff made me do it. It’s the best store bought kimchi ever! I’ve tasted so many other brands but this one really hit the spot for me. Tastes like my homemade kimchi, crunchy, juicy, nicely spicy. So if you like that give it a try!

Not Great
I bought this kimchi to try something a little different to my normal brand and well I wasn’t too satisfied. This kimchi just tastes…weird? I can’t put my tongue on it. It also ended up being much spicier than I thought. I know they have a spicy version but this already packs a pretty big punch. It doesn’t make me want to vomit and it’s tolerable, but I won’t be buying again. Just not my usual favorite flavor that I get with other kimchis.

I think it boils down to the fact that everybody has their preferences. I personally love this kimchi, and it’s the only brand I buy (I like to snag it when it goes on sale). It’s delicious on my opinion, and it gets added to so many things that I eat and cook— eggs, salads, etc. If you eat it on its own, it has a significant kick to the point where you may not be able to eat much, but my preference is mixing it into other dishes. It provides a delightful crunch and tanginess. Seems to be very healthy based on the ingredients, too. I highly recommend!

Healthy Snack
I read all the reviews about this product and was hesitant, but was not disappointed. Yes this isnt from Korea and yes this product didnt have Napa cabage. I knew that i was still purchasing a healthy, local made Kimchi to go along with my eggs, rice, tacos, toast, and much more. I looked into the company and they seem to be focused more on health and a good product, than money. I am telling all my coworkers and friends about this kimchi. Enjoy!
