A: Hi Targetshopper1 - Great question! Per the instruction manual, there are about 6 different steps needed in order to assemble the drawer console. None of the drawers are preassembled. Thanks for looking! - Stephanie

A: Hey! Do not use a console as a desk. Your desk needs to be deeper, usually 22-24”min.

Q: Is the height dimension listed from floor to top, or just from the shelf to top? 29” seems very short for a console table.

A: this console is 30" high overall from the floor. Standard. Can also be used behind a sofa.

This table was very easy to assemble. It comes in for pieces, with the main top and drawers pre-assembled. It was well packaged and the finish is lovely. I got it 'on sale' for the list price it was previously. The product is manufactured in Cambodia, which does have one of the steeper imposed tariffs. While the price change was abrupt and annoying, you won't find a comparable item even at the ~$500 price point. My only regret: not buying this when it was on sale for $280 a few months ago. That would have been quite the deal.
