Very easy return process
I order two different sets for my front porch and ended up returning this one because the other set fit better in our space. I am still giving this 5 stars because the return process was super easy and smooth. I called customer service and they emailed me a shipping label (I could choose my preference between FedEx and UPS). I ended up going with FedEx because they offer pick up at no additional charge and the box was super heavy so no way I was going to put it in my car and carry it into UPS.

Absolutely the worst quality! The screws don’t work and the screw driver it comes with is stripped after two uses. This sucks! I am in shock target would sell this and allow for this third party to represent their stores! I called to get customers service and got no help! Do not buy. The product isn’t even completely wrapped poor quality. See photos! Had to go buy screws that actually worked.

Love the fact that this patio set actually arrived a lot earlier than expected and installation is straightforward but does require some time, took the two of us around an hour and a half to set it up. After setting it up, the chairs look really nice, I especially love the fact that chair cushions are also included which makes it more comfortable to sit it. This is a great deal.

You can not beat the style, design & quality. Very Handsome outdoor set. Chairs sit a bit low, but the seat is deep - very comfy cushions. Light weight, but not flimsy. The webbing is of 'good' quality - not great, but you're not paying for great. Based on the price point this Patio set is of 'Great Value' and Style. Amazing that they can sell this for this price point. Don't go anywhere else if you want a small Patio unit.

Not ideal for adults, unless you like sitting low.
Shipped fast, I was a bit concerned because the box was extremely damaged upon arrival. Fortunately everything was intact. I will say the assembly was a bit on the difficult side as the screws didn’t go in easily. I had to stretch it out prior.. after putting it all together the furniture sat really low. Perfect for children not ideal for full grown adults. My husband is 6’ definitely won’t accommodate his long legs comfortably. Wouldn’t purchase again.
