Worst experience ever - horrible customer servicr

Half of the item was missing with no communication about the other half. We reordered the package & returned the half we received to the local Target store. Days later the missing package was dropped on our doorstep & when I called Target to request a courier to pick it up, they refused to do so & told me it was my responsibility to find a way to dispose of the giant package that will not fit in my car. Horrible customer service with no offer of a solution. I have spent over an hour on the phone with Target on hold, an hour to the store to return the first item (the half package, so I could be refunded our money) and was basically told there’s no one you can talk to & it’s not our problem. If Target cannot handle 3rd party vendors through Target plus, maybe they should not offer them to customers.

Horrible

Sent the wrong color, and didn't send us the shipping labels via email to send back. Already gave our sons toddler bed away, so he is without a bed, sleeping in my bed because they won't send a new bed until they receive the wrong bed. Also, they didn't send the whole bed at once. They sent half, then we had to wait a week to receive the rest of the bed. I ordered all white. They sent half the parts in white, and half in black. Now they are giving an issue sending a new bed. Would not recommend ordering from them in the future.
