The consistency is very similar to other oyster sauces I’ve used. I was able to make great stir fried bok choy as a side dish with ease! The packaging is fine but the lid is annoying because its not a clear seal.

I did a comparison between this premium version and the other premium oyster sauces from a local supermarket. What a difference! This product’s taste is unami and less sweet and adds a much more flavor to your dishes. I love stir frying my vegetables in some sesame oil and then adding oyster sauce over them. I also use to to marinate shrimp, chicken or beef before grilling. Considerably more expensive than the some other brands in supermarkets, but well worth it. Great packaging as well. Such a simple way to make my Asian food taste more delicious!

Very good product which could be used for stirred fries veggies, bbq, and sometimes I used it as one of the ingredients for making dipping sauce. This was my first time trying Oyster sauce and I put it on an Asian chicken dish that did not have sauce on it already. I liked the flavor, it was tangy and salty but it was not like a fish sauce or soy sauce. A little went a long way in my opinion and was a bit overpowering. It has a lightweight bottle and I would try another Lee Kum Kee bottled sauce as I don’t think Oyster sauce was for me.

Actually I’ve using Lee Kum Kee’s soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce for over 10 years, and I stick with this brand name because they’re all delicious, the flavors taste so good, texture is good, I use oyster sauce for stirring, grilling,…. and our meals came out DELICIOUS!! To me it’s a little bit salty so I don’t want to put too much oyster sauce to marinate pork, beef, fish, or chicken. But as my husband said it’s not that salty, so maybe it depends on your taste. So you can put as the way you want. I definitely will get it again. Highly recommended for this product.

I really like how it’s a glass bottle and not a plastic one like how things come in these days. My mom likes to use it for fried fish or for chicken and it comes out tasting great.
