Lackluster

Directions were challenging. The cushions for the actual seat and back are thinner than pictured and not comfortable. I wish they would have made them the same thickness as the cushion on the foot rest (why?). Difficult to find cushions these dimensions. Keeping because it’s more of a pain to disassemble and return. Glad we didn’t pay full price.

Regarding your concerns, we would like to explain that the back and seat cushions are indeed 2.3 inches thick as shown in the pictures when fully fluffed up. However, due to long-term compression for convenient transportation, they may feel uncomfortable at first use because they haven’t fully fluffed up. We recommend letting them sit for a while and patting them gently, which will significantly improve the comfort. The reason the footrest cushion is thicker is to ensure that when the footrest is pulled out to form a Chaise Lounge, the entire chair creates a flat surface for a more comfortable experience.
