They have 6 grams of protein and are made with whole grain so they’re a great source of fiber. They’re really easy to make in the toaster oven or the microwave if you’re on the run. They’re great alone or with a side of eggs. However you choose to eat them, they make a quick and easy breakfast choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These unfortunately for me were not good on their own. I like the idea of these having no refined sugar and a serving of fruits and vegetables. However, only being sweetened with maple syrup leads these to lean savory. There is virtually no sweetness to these and they have a soggy texture in the middle. I followed the directions exactly and this was a miss for me.

They are a fantastic texture as they are light but also a little chewy. I popped these into the toaster and topped them with almond butter and some bananas and they kept me and my partner full and satisfied all morning long.

On the plus side, I love that they’re made with high-quality, clean ingredients, which makes me feel good about eating them as a quick snack. The peanut butter and banana flavor is definitely noticeable, and when I added some chocolate chips, they tasted even better. However, I found them to be a bit small, and the banana flavor wasn’t as strong as I expected. While I appreciate the convenience and the healthier ingredients, I’m not sure I’d buy them again since the texture and portion size didn’t quite meet my expectations.
