Great taste, texture but black color is meh

This tahini tastes great but the black color is a little unnerving. I used it to make baba ganoush, and hummus and just couldn’t get past the black color. I’ll be buying their regular tahini

The Amazing Un-Tahini

Loved this. It's really in a class unto its own since it doesn't really taste like tahini. It's very complex with a very chocolatey, unique flavor. It's honestly hard to describe. I had never had it before but when I saw it as a suggested item for me I had to give it a try. SO glad I did. Sure its expensive for a 12 oz jar but worth every penny. It really is that delicious. I really only use it to spread on bananas or apples for breakfast in the morning but this tahini really elevated the fruit into a gourmet culinary experience. If you love tahini you'll love this one.
