super delicious -- dates don't spike blood sugar!

The dates add a great dimension of flavor to this BBQ sauce. Love how healthy it is. Also, dates don't spike blood sugar as much as sugar and other natural sweeteners. This is mild, not spicy at all, and young children and other sensitive ones love it. If you like more kick, you can easily add your own spice.
