A: Our Always Pan was designed to be compatible with all stovetops! Ideally, the ring on your stovetop is aligned with the center of the bottom (4.5 – 6 inches in diameter) to ensure a solid magnetic connection. Typically that means using the smallest burner if you've got an induction stove.

Q: Does the handle get hot when cooking on the stove top?

A: Yes, the small handle (we call it our "helper handle") is part of the same cast aluminum body as the Always Pan so it will definitely get hot. The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so these may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Please use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Always use our Hot Grips or Hot Mitts (sold separately), or any oven mitt or towel when using the helper handle.

The smaller is my go to egg pan, they just slide right off (and I’ve had it for about 10 mos now - weekly use) The 2. 0 ceramic nonstick has been great so far!

So love it while you can. Both my daughter and sister have gas, they love the pan, but again limited time before both had issues with nonstick, after a couple of years, food began to stick even with butter. Love it while you can!

I had the set for about 3 years, and the pan has come to the end of its life. The “nonstick” has worn away and every single time I use it now, it leaves a sticky residue that I have to soak and scrub off. For the price I paid, I was hoping it would last longer. But it was great while it lasted!

I have bought this pan for both of my daughters, and after hearing them rave about it, decided I needed to try it out for myself. It was all that they said, and more! I love making eggs in the morning, as well as steaming veggies at dinner. Nothing sticks, which makes cleaning up a breeze.

My husband gave me the always pan and it truly lives up to the buzz. It is wonderful for anything you would normally use a frying pan for. Terrific non-stick without PFAS. Super easy clean up. I love to steam shrimp in the included steamer basket. We love it so much we have gotten them for our grown children
