It is also really nice to be able to use a metal utensils in cooking instead of plastic. Bought two, one as a gift and its owner uses it for everything. Extremely happy with this Titanium pan.

This pan has become my new favorite pan to cook with. Since, I've received it, I have used it at least two to three times a week. It's now my go to pan. I've read a bunch of reviews saying that they had issues with it food sticking. I followed the instructions and had not had any issues with food sticking. My eggs glide around the pan like it's roller skating. This is a pan that I want buried with me when it's my time to leave this earth.

I bought this and followed all the instructions, however after the first couple of times cooking steak, brown stains have formed inside the pan that are not cleaning out. I have followed all the cleaning instructions, including scrubbing with the brush provided, boiling water, dishwasher, bicarb and have not been able to remove the stains. The pan is still non stick but the stain is growing and those areas are no longer as non stick as the rest of the pan. Cleaning the pan is more effort than a normal non stick pan as you need to use the brush to remove build up in the pores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stuck with the directions to only use on low-medium heat. So far, comes out clean with no significant sticking. We do notice one weird thing: unlike all of our other pans, it doesn't dry when on a drying rack/mat upside-down. After a bit of being upside-down, we flip it rightside up and let it dry and that does the trick (if you're the type of person who prefers to let pots and pans air dry instead of wiping them all dry after washing).

We have cooked all types of foods( steaks, eggs, bacon, etc) and the results have been great. My 2 daily pans are headed to the thrift store.
