Best oil for stovetop popcorn!

This is the best oil to make popcorn with. It has a much better flavor than peanut oil. I fill my pot until this oil is just a tad bit higher than the height of a single layer of popcorn kernels and put it a little bit above medium heat (just a little nudge from the exact point labeled medium on the knob) for 5 or 6 minutes. Then, I pour in a layer of popcorn kernels to cover the full surface of my pot, put the lid on, and the kernels pop perfectly in less than 3 minutes. The flavor of the oil is not overbearing at all. It doesn't have any coconut smell or taste, but a light, semi-nutty taste that is less nutty than peanut oil. It pairs perfectly with melted butter and salt.
