Like eating an eraser
This chicken originally was great but the last couple months the pieces are tough and unpleasant no matter how they are cooked. The texture reminds me of an eraser and it feels like playing roulette with every piece. Please look into your supplier, this quality is offensively low.

You get what you pay for
The bag I got was the "stems and pieces" of chicken. It was hunks of white meat chicken, but definitely not cut in pieces that looked anything like a chicken breast. They weren't especially tender, either. It would be fine for making chicken salad, but otherwise I'll pass for future purches. You get what you pay for.

Bad value. These chicken breasts have gone extremely downhill over the last few years. They're injected with so much water they shrink to less than half size after cooking, effectively more than doubling the true cost.

Too much water.
Too much water. Deflates quite a bit when you thaw and then some when cooked. Bought on sale but can get fresh chicken for the same price at the regular retail. Then you can always freeze yourself without all that water. The freezer bag isn’t also not that great quality so the rubbery ones might just be not so fresh batch. Mine had a further out expiration so I figured I had a fairly fresh batch. Seared and served, it was not dried or rubbery. Definitely not 4lbs when all is said and done. Seemed like really big pieces but after defrosting just regular size well under a pound each.

Perfect for a quick and easy meal in the instant pot!
I threw these chicken breasts (all four pounds, fully frozen) in the instant pot on top of a mixture of two cups unsalted chicken broth, two to three teaspoons Lawry's reduced sodium season salt, one to two teaspoons black pepper, and one to two teaspoons of parsley. I put it on pressure cook, vent closed, manual/custom, high pressure for 12 minutes, and I let the pressure release naturally for at least 15 minutes. (I didn't intend to leave it that long, but I was in another room and didn't hear the beep when it was done cooking.) They came out perfect, and I was left with a delicious broth that would make perfect chicken soup. I ended up keeping maybe a quarter of the broth in the instant pot and put it on saute and added a can of cream of mushroom soup and a cornstarch slurry thicken it up, and it made the perfect gravy for mashed potatoes (I used the Good & Gather yukon gold kind). Paired with frozen mixed vegetables (also Good & Gather in this case), the whole meal tasted kind of like chicken pot pie. I would highly recommend these for a very easy and tasty meal! A couple things I would warn people about (but which didn't really bother me): * The breasts are smaller than the huge ones you might be used to from the family packs at the grocery store * There were bits of chicken skin in the broth at the end, which you probably wouldn't expect from a package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. It was very tasty to me, but if you don't like that kind of thing, just be forewarned that you might have to deal with it however you see fit.

I love the other 40 ounce chicken and the chicken tenders you sell BUT, this 4 Lb pack was the worst tasting and fatty chicken that I’ve seen in a while. It has lots of cartilage and striated toughness and doesn’t taste right. I purchased this one once before and figured it was just a bad batch of chicken pieces, so I figured I would try it again. Well, after this package, I will stick to the 40 ounce package of boneless, along with the boneless tenderloins pack. I don’t know why this is different, but I needed to voice my opinion on this type that you sell. It’s definitely not the same chicken as your other packs. Thanks for reading

I purchased this frozen bag of All Natural boneless skinless chicken breast from Good & Gather, and I’m really glad I did. The quality of chicken is very good and I really enjoy the ease of taking the meat out of the bag and resealing it for next time. It took a little over an hour to thaw three pieces of chicken in the sink. I think it’s a great price for the amount of chicken you get. Will buy again! I received an incentive to write this review.

Contained 4 very large pieces. I used these for a recipe in a crockpot and a lot of liquid came out. More than other brands. Also had a large piece of cartilage on 2 of the pieces. Gross.

This is a great brand of chicken breasts for a reasonable price! They are skinless and boneless chicken breasts that can be kept frozen for a long time. I made the chicken breasts into a cold chicken pasta salad. The chicken was so tender and moist that everyone really liked the addition to a traditional noodle salad. I also often use these to make breaded chicken breasts. I received an incentive to write this review.

These frozen chicken breast from Good and Gather are so easy to cook. I put them on a backing sheet and baked them in the oven frozen. I love that these don't have to be thawed. The chicken breast were packed in a resealable bag. Each chicken breast was a great size. The taste of these were great. They were not dry. The meat was moist. It was really easy to back the chicken and then season them. I will definitely buy these again. I received an incentive to write this review.

I purchased this 4 pound bag of boneless skinless chicken breast buy good and gather. These chicken breasts are so easy to cook up. I just added the entire package to my crockpot with a little bit of pepper and seasoning and a few hours later I had this beautiful chicken breast for my meal. these chicken breasts were tender and very tasteful. I enjoy the ease of the packaging, especially if you only want to cook up a few you can just seal the bag again in your freezer. I received an incentive to write this review.

These boneless chicken breasts were very large and perfect seasoned or used in other recipes. There was a bit of some fat on the breasts that had to be trimmed before I started cooking with it. I used them in my slow cooker to make bbq pulled chicken sandwiches. They came out very tender and delicious. Served them in brioche buns and they were fantastic! I would definitely buy them again!
