We threw it all away
We bought the toll house chocolate chip cookie sandwiches based on the NESTLÉ brand name. What a huge disappointment.! We each took a bite and looked at each other in disgust. They tasted like chemicals. What a horrendous aftertaste. To be sure, I took another bite. Nasty! I cannot remember ever throwing an ice cream product away, but I walked it straight out to the garbage can I had already wheeled out to the street for the next morning's pick up. We won't be trying any of the other offerings should we ever come across one.

Not the same as the standalone
I really like the bigger tollhouse sandwiches you can find in those ice cream coolers at some stores/markets. Unfortunately these are much smaller and more importantly taste different. The cookies are soft, not firm and they don't taste as good. Really wish they had the same quality as the other ones I buy.

My ice cream sandwiches were all raw cookie dough
I just bought these today come to find out all of them weren’t melted but raw cookie dough as if the cookie part itself didn’t get baked how could this happen I am very upset

smaller than expected for the price. Also one open
I bought a 7 pack for the first time today. I have bought single sandwiches in convenience stores and thought I was getting the same product. These are very small comparatively. When I opened the box to put them in the freezer I found one open and a big chunk was missing out of it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Not happy!
I bought a box of these cookie sandwiches and I open the first one, what do I see? a icecream "cookie" sandwich with only one cookie! this is not acceptable and I am very unhappy with the product.

The flavor was good. But much to my dismay, all seven cookie sandwiches in both of the two boxes that I purchased were without one of the two outer chocolate chip cookies. It took away from the experience.

uncooked pile of mush
we bought this only a few days ago came right home and put them in the freezer a few days later when we were looking forward to having a treat for desert we opened the box only to feel weird lumps inside the wrapper. please see the photos because what is this?? are they uncooked? did they melt in the truck to the grocery store?? they do not look anything like as advertised on the box we’ll save them in the freezer for now in case you want to investigate this group? they look like a lab experiment gone wrong as if you tried to grow a chocolate chip ice cream sandwich.

Tasted Fake. So Disappointed
I should have known they would taste fake given how long the list of ingredients was. The kiss of death was Margarine instead of butter 😩. And canola oil. The Nestles chocolate chip cookie is a classic when made with real ingredients. So sad.

Misleading Image on Box
I bought this product and found it looked nothing like the picture. The ice cream layer was really thin, not like the picture on the package, which was thick.

I bought this and i opened the bag and I got a Cookie sandwich that only came with one cookie and not two. This product is supposed to come with two cookies and not one! I’ve bought these in the past and they used to be bigger but now they are way smaller!

Terrible ice cream saggy cookie

Terrible new quality and terrible customer service
The quality sucks now, with the cookies being rock hard and inedible. Also, just because I call them chipwiches, doesn’t mean I’m talking about the other ice cream brand. I’m talking about these that don’t have an actual name. Sending me a link to the other ice cream website without any other information was pretty rude.
