It was very bland, and watery. I was expecting more of a creamy sauce because 1) the photo looked creamy and 2) it’s a Parmesan based sauce. But it was basically water and frankly gross.

Tasteless and bland! The “sauce” is just water whose second cousin once stood near an Alfredo sauce. Tastes like plain steamed chicken and veggies.

This is my first time Trying Kevins. I usually eat Healthy Choice meals every day for lunch for Convience, and I enjoy most of them. This Kevins one though, was not good. Extremely bland, watery, not saucy. For the high price compared to Healhty Choice, I will not purchase this particular one again. I bought a few other flavors I still have to try, but this one was gross.

I like it. Out of all the healthier frozen meals that exist, this one is by far the freshest tasting, and would seem the least processed. I add a cup of brown rice because on its own, it’s not enough food, especially if you workout or weight lift. With the brown rice it taste good and is filling, and I don’t feel like I ate trash afterwards. I do recommend it.

The broccoli and zucchini were the only pleasant things in this bowl. The chicken was dry, and just salty, no parmesan or basil flavor, the sauce itself was just watery. This isn't "health food" this is just cheap, don't pay a premium for this when you can easily make meal prep something more flavorful yourself for way cheaper.

Overall this is the same as any other frozen meal in terms of quality except that…. Why is the bowl and box so large? The bowl it comes in is like 1/3-half full, significantly less than other frozen meals of the same setup. I think they make it big to make you feel like it’s worth $7. Absolutely not worth the money. Just get a lean cuisine at this point

I wish I had read reviews before I bought it, but I’ve had other Kevin’s products and they were great. But this is a giant fail. The “sauce” is a weird watery liquid. The chicken was inedible. I took two bites and threw it away.

Please remove "yeast extract" or just call it what it is - an MSG analog. My fault for not reading the ingredients more carefully. If you are avoiding MSG cuz it makes you sick, avoid Kevin's. Really disappointed. It's just not a necessary ingredient.
