    Pretty but shipping flaw

    Rug sewing not top notch for the price.

    The rug looks good. I am not satisfied that it was not sewn well. Along the edger, and of course IO laide it down with that edge at my office door. It is curved and not straight.

    No anti-slip

    This rug would be ok if you didn't need any sort of anti- slip backing. You would have to apply your own otherwise. Not sure how to even get flat after it comes rolled.

    We bought the 12' x 15' rug along with a runner and 2 smaller area rugs all in the gray. The photos look like the rugs should be gray and white, but they're really gray and ivory. The rugs are soft and feel good underfoot with the carpet pads underneath. I like the smaller rugs and the runner; they look very much like the gradient colors shown in the photos. But the 12' x 15' looks like an entirely different rug. It has large areas of ivory with no gray at all in them. This rug looks like someone splattered globs of gray paint in random spaces. It almost looks like a cow print if I'm honest. It's off-putting and does not look as well in our living space as we had hoped. If you're getting the smaller sizes, it will likely be fine, but I wouldn't recommend the larger size.

    Picture true to product

    I’m happy with the rug and rug pad, delivered within a week. It came folded (10x14) We’ve found our own remedies for getting it to relax and lay flat. Wish it had come with some instructions, perhaps with a quicker solution. Overall happy to do business again.
