Expiration date best by use date. I didn't even have the opportunity to try this because I received this today October 30 and the best I used date was mid-november. This is no fault of Target but why is Hellman's selling product to Target that is about to expire

Flavored Mayo

It DOES have a lime flavor and a bit of tang but nothing like actual tajin powder which I use often and love. Definitely could use more chili flavor to balance the lime. For that reason alone this product was a miss for me. I used it on wraps and sandwiches and it’s fun for a little something different than plain mayo. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've used this mayo to make a spicy pork melt sandi and it was the perfect addition to my creation. This is a nice thick and creamy mayo. You can see and taste the chili and lime. As tajin lovers know, this spice really adds great flavor to anything and it makes this mayo a delicious change you can add to a variety of recipes. I used the chili lime mayo on corn and it made it taste like mexican street corn to me. And I love mexican corn but hate how many steps it takes to prepare the corn, but with this Mayonnaise it's just 3 lstep The first step you have to just cook the corn. Then add the mayonnaise and last step is to add some cheese if you like it that way. I'm a definitely a fan of this Mayo. And I definitely gonna get another bottle soon. The Tajin pairs perfect with the mayonnaise and overall this product tastes great. I love this paired with some corn just like your eating street corn, so good!
