A Good Alternative to Corn Starch
It thickens well, and the texture is very nice. With a gluten free daughter, having gluten free thickening alternatives that work as well as flour is vey good.

Pure and simple
My wife uses this product exclusively for any baking needs. She also includes this product in her air fry chicken batter. I like it because it is pure without any artificial ingredients or preservatives as with all of the Bob's products.

Frog legs
I made a batter for deep fried frog legs and deep fried chicken tenders from a recipe off the internet. Could not find potato starch and corn flour anywhere where I live. Ordered from the company direct. The legs and tenders were perfect thanks to these products

Good product with great texture
Potato starch is a staple in my kitchen. My spouse has celiac disease, so we can't use anything containing gluten. Potato starch works in soups, but it also works as a coating for light frying. One of our favourite recipes is a Japanese fried chicken dish called karaage which uses potato starch. The texture is great. Bob's Red Mill has never let us down in terms of quality, either.
