Bits of Whole Cacao Beans - Yummy!

These are an Incredible form of health promoting Dark Chocolate! "Cacao Nibs" are simply cracked up whole Cacao Beans. The Unsweetened Nibs are far too bitter to eat by the handful, but Not These! And they're so much less processed or sweetened than commercial chocolate! My husband and I keep these in small glass spice jars beside the TV, and "Take Our Medicine" every day!

BEWARE - Read the label

These Sweet Cacao Nibs show a serving size is 1 teaspoon while the other unsweetened Nativas Cacao nibs have a serving size of 3 tablespoons. There are 3 tsps. in 1 Tbsp. so is a serving size of 9 times as much. That means for a 3 tbsp. serving size these would have 9-10 grams of added sugar. This could be very relevant for someone on a sugar-restricted food program. I don't believe anyone could just eat only one teaspoon

Wonderful to use in place of chocolate chips. Not as sweet which is good. Will reorder.
