Assembly issue
Beautiful chairs looks nice, but the assembly is a pain and the screws are almost too long for it or something as you screw in the leg. It won’t go in all the way and if you try to tighten further, it will crack the wood on the lake, I ordered eight of these chairs And half of them have this issue

These chairs could have been so much better... Way too short /small compared to a "normal" size chair. It's unfortunate because the style was perfect... I would have gladly paid way more for them to be of an "average" sized chair..you can see in my photo where the seat height would be compared to an 18 inch high seat.

CAUTION!!! Beautiful but extremely short!
These chairs are beautiful and well made. They have the appearance of a beautiful white oak and they were very well made. They were easy to put together as long as you pay attention to the fact that there are two different size bolts even though they look almost the same size. The longer bolts are for attaching the seat to the back legs and the shorter bolts for the front legs. Unfortunately, these chairs are 4 inches shorter than a normal dining room table chair. So they sit way too low. They actually looked more like chairs for a little kids' table. So I took away a star because I had to return them because of the size. It's unfortunate because they are well made and they really are a beautiful chair. If they were about 5 inches taller and the distance from the floor to the seat was about 4 inches taller, they would be a 10.

Wowowow! These chairs are *chef’s kiss* I bought a solid white oak table and was having a hard time finding chairs to match the tone. I needed something less yellow than most of what I was seeing. I would have never purchased these from the online pictures (they look yellow and shiny online) but I saw one of these in store and it was perfect! They were easy to assemble and I had no issues with any six of the chairs I bought. I saw on another review about a defect with the screw, but they clearly used the long screw on the shorter side. Just read the instructions and you’ll be golden! You’re welcome!

Beautiful wood grain and classy looking chair
beautiful, they are kind of tricky to build but the larger screws go in the framing with the back and then the smaller goes in the single legs if that makes sense. partial screw each one in a tiny bit and you’ll get it. don’t do one at a time. i wish i could attach a video. took me not even 10 mins to build 1 . the wood is unfinished the cushions could be a little thicker they are on the thin side but can always replace. for the price cant beat it.

Short but great
These chairs are on the shorter side (im 5'3 so its perfect and comfortable to have my feet on the ground) and if you want the chairs to be almost the same height or just a little taller than the table its perfect, which is what I wanted. I love the look, they feel like really good quality. The cushions are reversable. You definitely need a cushion because the straw/wicker part is uncomfortable and scratchy. I really recommend these!

amazing chairs
I was hesitant to purchase these chairs, due to some of the reviews. After seeing them on someone I follows instagram I reached out and asked how assembly went. Key pointers she gave me: Make sure you align the seat to back of chair before you screw in. Also: there is two different very similar screws if you use the wrong screws it will not work and compromise the chair! Mine are great and sturdy with little to no fuss! As previous people have mentioned the back is quite low. This doesn't personally bother us! Such a great dupe of much more expensive chairs!

These are absolutely beautiful. Great quality. I have been disappointed in the quality of both the studio mcgee and hearth and hand lines as of late, but I took a chance with these chairs and am glad I did. Giving definite Amber interior vibes. Looks like white oak. Excellent quality for the price. Others have noted the bolt braking through the legs. That is because there are two size bolts. If you follow the instructions correctly, you won’t have that problem.

Beautiful but too short
Absolutely beautiful but the design isn’t very god. The back is very low and I think it looks funny with my table. The quality is amazing and the color is so beautiful. I was nervous they would be too orange but they were the perfect color. I ended up returning because I didn’t like the way they looked with my table. If the backs were higher they would be a 10 star item!

I am quite impressed with the quality of these chairs for the price! I was concerned as they’re so inexpensive that the quality would not be there, but not only are they sturdy, comfortable, easy to assemble, but the color is stunning! A perfect white oak look, neutral with no yellow undertones. I sprayed my cushions with scotch guard to protect from stains since I have young kids. I agree with the other reviews that say the back is low, although this does not bother us at all, it could be a negative for some buyers.

Disappointing! I am so crushed there has to be a huge manufacturing issue here and I’m not gonna be the only one The same leg, and all the chairs where the screws go in is angled in properly, forcing the screw to not go in all the way and if you do, you will break it. There’s nothing on our hand that we did incorrectly. It’s just not made properly. it’s as if the screws are too long or the hole is not angled down as much as it should be, which is what I mostly believe. Super upset this took me all day to try to figure out just to be defeated with the fact that I have to undo everything and just return it
