I love these frames. Originally bought 2 of the 11x14 for store pick up and 2 of the smaller 4x6 desk top ones to match. They were a little tough to open but I just loosened the screws on the tabs a little bit and it was a breeze after that. In fact, I loved them so much that I wanted to order 6 more. Alas, they were sold out locally and I was a bit hesitant based on reviews about having them shipped but I caved and ordered them for shipping anyway. I had other things in my cart so I placed 2 separate orders so if they did break during shipping it wouldn’t damage the other textile things. All 6 frames came in the same box. The 4 on the bottom were just stacked in, after that they layered some shredded cardboard stuff and filled the empty space in the box with the same stuff. Each one was delivered intact. Overall I’d definitely recommend but if you have them shipped, order by themselves just in case.

Quality pretty good for price
Frame is decent, about what you'd expect for the price. I would not expect it to last long. The glass seems thin so I can see why so many people had trouble getting one intact. I purchased mine via store pickup and did not have that issue. I needed something with a stand back on it and this one only has hangers so I returned.

Shattered During Shipping, Getting Glass on All Items
I am so disappointed with this purchase. Although the frame is very cute, I ordered it along with several towels and washcloths. It arrived completely shattered - it had not been packed at all to prevent breakage, just thrown in with the bathroom items, and the package in no way indicated it was breakable - and glass particles were all throughout the other items. These were a gift, and now they must be washed, and of course I do not want to put a bunch of glass into my washer and dryer and potentially mess it up or for the person using them to be washing one day and to have glass shards go into their skin. I do not typically review items but I feel I must dissuade anyone considering ordering this item from doing so as there will be no protection for it or the other items it is with. If you were to buy the frame in store and did not have to worry about it being in transit, it would be a good purchase.

Unfortunately, the pins that hold the backing together kept falling out. I did only pay three dollars for this frame and was able to make it work with the pins that were left but honestly, the quality is not that great.

Whimsical and easy on the hands
This style is so cute and easy to use. Real glass front, and the plastic frame has a nice even finish it doesn’t look “plasticky” at all. The tabs on the back rotate and make it easy on your hands to add/change photos, and they can be used with or without the mat.

Great for the price
Honestly looking at the other reviews I was expecting it to be terrible. It's not a high quality frame but for $5 it looks great. Mine arrived without any broken tabs on the back but I will say I had to get a screwdriver to loosen a few as they were really hard to turn. Overall, this is a super cute frame for the price. I bought 3 more and will probably buy the smaller sizes as well.
