Received promptly in great shape. A credit for a return took a bit of follow up, but was processed. A customer service rep explained challenges they were facing during Covid which is understandable.

Elegant design. However the shades and frosted glass can dim the light a lot, not a bad thing but if you want brighter lighting you may find it a little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with this chandalier. It's amazing that changing a light fixture with give a room an entirely different look. This beautiful chandelier was installed in my dining room and everyone that has came over has noticed it. It was pretty easy to install and didn't take near as long as I expected. It gave my room an updated look and the mission bronze is a beautiful color that adds ambience to any room. My dining room is so much cozier now just because of a light fixture change. I really like this line and hope to add more pieces to my home soon. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow so much more light then my old one. I thought it was easy to install and give the area so much more character. I am thrilled with this and think it is well built. Super easy to change out bulbs if you ever need as well
