I never had blackheads before I switched to this face wash and now I do. I realized that they market this as a salicylic acid face wash but do not list the concentration of salicylic acid. I reached out to customer service and they will not disclose what percent of the salicylic acid is within the face wash, they will not even disclose whether it's less than one percent due to "proprietary reasons" when I emailed them. Sounds like a cop out to me. It is also very low on the list so I can't understand how they would name this a salicylic acid cleanser when there's hardly any in it. Marketing gimmick.

This cleanser works so well on my skin. It cleans deeply and helps with texture while still being gentle. My face feels smooth and soft after every wash, and I love that it doesn’t dry me out. My skin is more on the dry side can be sensitive sometimes but I have no complaints on this product

At first, I was skeptical to use this as salicylic acid is usually really drying. Once I did use it, my face felt clean but not stripped which I love! I also love the fact that it is totally fragrance free and causes no irritation. I use this every night after oil cleansing as it is super effective at removing oily residue without stripping your face. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my skin texture since starting this, and I’m so excited to see results in the future!

Okay face wash. I don’t see much of a difference when I’m using it or after. Maybe it’s because it only stays on my skin for like a minute. For SA to work it needs to stay on the skin for a longer period of time. Can’t use it as a mask it is very drying and my skin is already dry. Won’t buy again.

Product is perfect for the whole family. Started purchasing this product for my oldest who suffered from acne prone skin. But was also a great product for my sensitive skin and mo other son. So now this is a staple in our home. The price recent increased which I was not happy with but we make adjustments elsewhere to make it work.
