I purchased three pieces of furniture, and unfortunately, two of them arrived damaged and unusable. One item had a rusted screw hole, making it impossible to assemble, and the other had substantial internal damage, which appears to have occurred before packaging. It’s clear that there are serious quality control issues with these products. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and was directed to contact third-party vendors rather than receiving direct support. The damaged items are large and heavy, making it impractical to return them myself, yet I was repeatedly told I’d need to handle the return on my own. If you’re considering purchasing these items, I would strongly advise against it. Not only did I receive subpar products, but the follow-up support was incredibly disappointing and time-consuming. Save yourself the hassle and look for more reliable options elsewhere.
