Missing part, difficult return.

After spending an hour assembling the product, we realized it had been packaged in correctly- one piece was labeled in correctly so we were effectively missing a piece. Since it is a ‘partner product’ target returns are not super helpful… we have to mail the now assembled furniture back or lug it to the store, then re order and reassemble. No option for a replacement part or refund.
