Buy in store NOT online!
Mine arrived broken as well. I chose for them to send a replacement and I returned the broken pot. Customer service refunded me instead and told me I would need to repurchase the item. (Different than the options on the app) When I went online to repurchase, the price had significantly increased and I saw multiple reviews that it had been delivered broken so I did not repurchase. Still bummed though. She was going to be cute on my porch.

Broken mess
I should have listened to the other reviews warning that this item has been arriving broken, but instead I took a chance and it did indeed arrive broken. Like in a million piece's broken. Super upsetting-was really looking forward to this planter.

I ordered this pot online and it came loose in a box with no protective packaging broken into pieces. I then returned it and ordered a replacement and the replacement also came broken with inadequate packaging. Do not order this or other breakable items online because they do not package them correctly!

I purchased all three. They all arrived completely broken. They were put in a box together packed only by paper and literally were in pieces. I contacted Target to get new ones sent and the replacements were literally all broken also!! Do better Target this was so disappointing twice
