The best peanut butter in the world. Only gave a 4 rating because the expiration date is alway about 6 months out. I wonder why the date isn't at least a year away.

The flavor of this is fantastic. I happened to like the crunchy peanut butter. Have to watch myself, or I'll eat the whole jar with a spoon.

Best Tasting Organic Peanut Butter
I have tried many natural and organic Peanut Butters. Maranatha has the best peanut flavor. There is no added oil or sugar, just peanuts and a bit of sea salt. It has to be stirred but that's not an issue. I just store it upside down in a baggie (just in case) and the oil migrates to the bottom of the jar. Then it is less messy to stir. Love this stuff.

Disappointed
It is difficult to find a good peanut butter, one that is just peanuts and maybe a touch of salt, but throw organic in the mix and it is very tough to find. I had high hopes for Maranatha as their almond butter is good, but I'm not impressed. I liked that I didn't have to stir it for a long time, like many of the natural peanut butters that don't add oil (why do some add oil and sugar), but the flavor and the texture is a little odd. Also, I ordered crunchy, but it had maybe four little half peanuts in the whole jar. It definately had very little crunch! I won't be reordering.

Delicious!
My family loves this peanut butter. It is organic so no pesticides and has just a hint of sea salt. It has a robust peanut flavor and the crunch adds a delightful texture. I did order as the jar and description are shown on line. It does not say roasted, however, that is what I received. I called and the man on the phone said that was what I ordered so I kept the roasted. If you look carefully there is no roasted Maranatha available on Swanson's site so you may want to call before ordering if you do not want roasted.

I love peanut butter. I love this peanut butter because it's creamy smooth and organic. I love the peanut chunks too. It's just so tasty, it's great quality, and a good price. I just hate stirring it cause it's like a hand/arm workout, but once it's all stirred you're good to go. Also once you get half way down the jar, the peanut butter tends to be more firm. But it's still absolutely delicious and my fav peanut butter.

Not too much salt--can add own if you like. Easy to spread just out of frig. Great taste!
