    Lifetime staple

I love the protein and fat content . I struggle to gain weight and peanut butter is a great way for me to get some fat that isn’t too unhealthy. It’s delicious and versatile, I eat it by the spoonful, on celery, on apple slices, on crackers, as a sandwich, to make cookies . I like to keep a jar of peanut butter in my car in case of emergencies. I always imagine being stranded out in the woods but having the jar of peanut butter to keep me alive .
