    Delicious, balanced mozzarella

    Delicious, melty ooey gooey mozzarella. I love the whole milk mozzarella as it gives it more depth and Tillamook uses great ingredients and the perfect amount of salt so it isn't too much or bland. It's so good in lasagna, or any pasta. I also like this cheese in a Ceasar salad. Nice texture for mozzarella as a topping or melted, it isn't dry or too wet. One of my new favorite.

    Tasteless

    This is the most bland and disgusting mozzarella I've ever bought. I used it to make pizza and it was the worst thing tasting cheese I've ever had on pizza. This brand is usually good so I'm not sure why this particular product is so awful.

    Excellent cheese

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow one of your dairy farmers and love seeing how well the cows are taken care of. He is a part of Tillamook. So I was pleased to see Tillamook in some of my local stores. Since I live in the land of Cabot cheese there were not to many options in this area. So I tried Tillamook cheese and these Mozzarella slices are awesome! The cheddar is also Excellent. Let's not forget how great the ice cream is either, loving having Tillamook products in my area.
