    I’ve only been taking them

However, they taste good and it’s nice to have something chewy. I am not a fan of capsules. However, they are hard to get out of the container as they stick together. Hoping my next batch is less sticky. Hoping that means there is less preservatives in It which is fine with me. All in all very good so far.
