    I’ve only been taking them

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only been taking them for a month so I can’t really say much about effectiveness. However, they taste good and it’s nice to have something chewy. I am not a fan of capsules. However, they are hard to get out of the container as they stick together. Hoping my next batch is less sticky. Hoping that means there is less preservatives in It which is fine with me. All in all very good so far.

My hair was in bad shape after a bad haircut, so I'm not 100% sure about a difference yet, but I'm hopeful.     I love these gummies I’ve

My hair is 4C has less breakage during the first month and grows faster within the second. My only issue is it cause my scalp to itch alittle not in a bad way nd alittle nausea once throughout the day. I would recommend this over a lot of gummies I’ve tried
