Not as advertised!
There is a reason why there aren’t many review pictures of this item. The gas rod does not lock into the base hole. I have assembled many chairs and this is the first time I have witnessed gas rod being not able to fit into the base. Huge safety issue. Glad other review confirmed my concerns; wish I had seen the review first. Needless to say, this item is getting returned. Glad I did not open the rest of the items yet. Boxing it again will be much easier. Bye!!!

Parts different than manual. Bad lumbar
Parts don’t look like the manual. No lumbar support My piece that connects the legs to the base of the chair looks different and sits very low bc of how far in it goes. So when I raise my chair, it doesn’t sit higher than comfortable for typing. Butt cushion isn’t comfortable. This chair is worth $90 at best. Not very padded. Arm rests are short in length and height Neck rest is very far back No lumbar support Sits short

Exceeded my expectations
I got this for my daughter who has EDS, and it was better than we expected. Assembly wasn't too difficult. The cushioning is very soft and comfortable. The reclining feature works well and the food rest is easy to pull out and slide back in. It has helped my daughter so much being able to adjust and readjust the settings easily based on her changing needs each day.

It came in a lot of pieces, but was pretty easy to put together. Solid, no issues after using, everything is as expected. Comfortable. I hope it lasts. I got white.

Perfect fit
I am 5\'2\" and 280lbs. This chair is a perfect fit. And comfortable! After prolonged sitting in my office, I could use some more cushion in the seat. It is a great addition to my office. Love the look of the white leather.

Comfy and Hugging Chair

The instructions are very stright forward, I finished the setup by myself within half hours, the texture of the chair is fantastic. It is super soft, like a small sofa, great choice for home office, highly recommended!
