This is the best chair I've found on costway for its combination of affordability, comfort, and quality. The seat is well padded, and the side rails allow you to raise and lower the chair so you can find the perfect position at your desk. The backrest can also be tilted. The armrests are not padded, so if you need padding, look elsewhere - they are hard plastic. It was very easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Very flimsy cheaply made. Arm fell apart within days.

The chair is awful and poorly made. No matter how I adjusted the screws it would lean to one side and the cushions weren't even inflated, just cloth. Very hard, not soft and comfortable as described. I requested a return but it's been weeks and I still haven't received a refund. Customer service said they had to inspect the return first but even after I provided photos and tracking information they refused to refund even though they received it a week ago.
