    Ottoman came without holes for legs. Now they want me to repackage the Ottoman (easier said than done) and drive it 30 miles away to ship back. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Nice ottoman

    I love the ottoman but it didn’t come with feet as pictured. I didn’t open it when I first received, so I didn’t know until a couple weeks after.

    Its really beautiful and comfortable. It is well made but the color online looks different at home. Instead of being taupe it looks more gray but because its so nice we will make it work :)

    The ottoman is beautiful. The problem was that we ordered the wrong color by accident. We needed hope to match with the couch we purchased. Sadly an error on our part we got the wrong color

    Legs not attached and plastic

    The legs are packed in the zipper on the bottom. So much for no assembly required and the legs are plastic. There aren’t any hole for the screws so you have to use more than just a screw driver!

    LOVE IT!

    Love the larger ( not a huge square but a long rectangle) size. Color is is a nice taupe-griege color. Soft to touch. Now the wait continues for the oversized chair and L shaped couch. Excited in Oshkosh, WI!
