Right button sticks
The right button on the left sticks and is hard to press in. Which makes it very hard to do a double cliick.i like the case other than the right button. Protective and very light, not heavy.

Great case...but...
Great case, does what it's supposed to but the screen protector she has on the phone is not compatible. The case is so snug that two corners of the screen protector can't seal to the screen so it leaves a 'bubble' at edges.

Not as protective as needed
I enjoyed the appearance of this case, but the cutout for the new photo button is a huge flaw. I dropped my phone and now have a chip where the screen and side meet because there is no bumper there. I am looking into buying a more protective case.

Disappointed
Overall the case seems to be made of good material but one of the covers for the volume buttons fell off right out of the packaging. I also requested a return almost a month ago but have yet to hear back.

Defective right out of the box
The case I bought is defective. It pushes on the volume down button, which renders the phone useless. Absolutely unacceptable quality control for a $54 piece of plastic. As others stated, it seems like it will not protect the phone face or camera lens very well. Do not buy!

The cutout for the camera button is awful. For once, OtterBox is worse than the Apple case (and the Apple one is cheaper too)

Do not recommend for the iPhone 16
Unfortunately I returned this case due to its terrible design for the iPhone 16. Within a week I have a crack in my screen protector where the cutout is in the case completely exposing the iPhone edge.

Bad colour choice
I love the symmetry case, I have had many however I am very disappointed in my colour choice this time. I have had the light pink case for about a month and it looks terribly dirty! The edges stain easily and it already looks old and worn.
