I bought a Queen set of these flannel sheets in the fall.. after having purchased a Double and Ex Long Twin sets in the past... and loved them... But not so much any more. They are not the same quality as in the past... they are wrinkled when coming out of the dryer and do not have the same warmth as in the past. I'm disappointed in the decline of quality.

At home I have always slept on good quality percale or bamboo sheets which are great, but they always feel so cold in the winter. My husband suggested we look for some flannel sheets, and I'm glad I settled on these Velvet Flannel Sheets from Lands End. They are so cozy, soft and warm for these cold winter months! I'm also pleased with the Ivory color I bought (it's just a touch off-white), and the fitted sheet isn't too tight or too loose on my 14" mattress. I washed them before using for the first time and they laundered beautifully.

I have fallen in love with these sheets! I had a minor scare with a heated mattress cover and was looking for something non electric for winter. I decided on flannel sheets, and these are a dream. Super soft and cozy warm, yet I'm never over heated and sweating. I'm so happy I purchased these.

I've bought a lot of Land's End sheets over the years and always been impressed with their quality - until now. I bought the 5 oz flannel sheets. I can't sleep on them - flannel usually feels warm and comfortable. These seem to reflect heat back at you. They feel harsh and uncomfortable - not at all what you want from a flannel sheet. They were a complete waste of money since I can't sleep on them!

I've been buying 100% cotton flannel sheets for decades. I know to buy 5+ oz or the quality will suffer. Land's End's 5 oz cotton flannel sheet set in "Deep Balsam" is a dream. Soft, comfy, thick flannel, little pilling. Love this saturated color, which I'd call "mallard," a rich, deep teal blue-green. I mix and match sheets and prefer to buy sheets separately in rich saturated colors, which is getting harder and harder to find. Not into white or pastel, or muted sheets. In case Land's End deciders read reviews, I'm looking for the following saturated colors in thick, 100% flannel sheets - sold separately: rich green turquoise, deep rust/red ochre, magenta, chartreuse, rich orchid, dark yellow ochre, sapphire.

Wow, these sheets exceeded any expectations I had about the “comfy super soft cotton flannel bed sheet set!” They are beyond soft and luxurious. Next to the flannel sheets we’ve used for years, these are really soft almost silky smooth on the skin and warm. I am definitely a fan and thankful I gave these a try. I’ve only washed initially so far, and they were just as lovely. Previous sheets have frayed rather immediately. I’m not expecting these to as the quality is very high.

This is the fourth set of these sheets I’ve purchased for myself & family. I love this flannel sheets. The biggest plus is they do not pill like some other flannel sheets. Wash after wash, so soft. My Mother also loved her gift of these sheets.

I have not bought this product because I need two X-long Twin fitted sheets to go with one King flat sheet to use on our “mechanical” bed. Please, Lands End, make Twin X-long flannel sheets available, but not in a “set”. Not everyone wants flannel pillow cases. Also, college students in cold dorm rooms usually have X-long Twin beds! I may have to settle for just a King flat sheet from you.
