    I ordered two bunk beds

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two bunk beds of different sizes and could not be more pleased with the purchase. Everything was well packaged and while it took some time to assemble it was not difficult. I was concerned about what the quality might be as these are very competitively priced but the overall quality, look and feel exceeds expectations.

    Horrible Service and Product

    Honestly the worst purchase and customer experience I've had in decades. The bed came with a faulty part and I've now been waiting for nearly 3 weeks and the replacement part still hasn't arrived. When I email to get it resolved it's usually just an AI bot saying how sorry they are but nothing ever gets resolved. If I was to send it back it would be nearly impossible because all the parts came in flimsy wrapping that break the minute you open the packaging. Definitely do not buy this.

    Worth the money

    This bunk bed was a little time consuming to put together having piece by piece assembly but it was easy to follow the directions and totally worth it. It’s solid and beautiful. I would buy from this company again and would 100% recommend.
