    Wonderful Sauce for Mild Fish and Meats.

    Several years ago I wanted a complimentary sauce for mild white fish, pork and other meats. I heated a full jar of the Spicy Chili Bacon Jam with a regular size can of undrained crushed pineapple and the results were delicious. Great on all miild fish, grilled chicken and pork chops and as a sauce for the rice I usually serve with the meal. Still has enough mild back heat to give my entrees wonderful flavor. Recently tried the sauce on chicken wings and the results were amazing! Takes the meal to the next level. Leftover sauce keeps very well in the fridge for a long time.

    Spicy but not too much

    One of my husband's favorites. He likes all things HOT and he says this is quite tangy but also flavorful. The spices and flavors blend together for a bit of a jolt but they do not overpower each other so all you can taste is hot. He likes it on his breakfast sandwiches. Very tasty!

    Perfect spicy and sweet combo

    I had this jam In Tillamook Oregon on a sandwich. Oh it was amazing. I bought a jar of it and made grilled chicken breasts and coated this jam on it and added feta cheese. It has just the right amount of kick and sweetness.

    Amazing

    Put this on your grilled cheese sandwich, and you'll never eat it any other way! Goes great with smoked Gouda. I also love it over cream cheese with crackers.

    It had me at bacon!

    Oddly enough, we happened upon this at a True Value Hardware store and decided to try it. 6 jars later, we can attest that it really does go well with with mashed potatoes and pizza.
