Sensitive Baby Wipes - up&up™

I always buy Target brand wipes. We use them for everything. Always have a pack in each car too for any messes that happen. They are great!

The product is good but the box I received was damaged and i shouldn’t receive it like that was all wet

Use\ed this product on both my daughters and never had any issues like other wipes!

Target brand wipes are great I prefer Target brand

My daughter has sensitive skin so it’s hard finding wipes that won’t irritate her. These worked great.

These wipes work great and are very affordable. I never use products with fragrance on babies and these cause no irritation whatsoever

Used to be great now they smell like chemicals, rough texture, and drying/burn. sensitive? not anymore.

They arent bad but smells terrible. I wont buy it again

The Up & Up Sensitive skin wipes are a large, soft textured wipe. It has a flip top lid to keep the package sealed and ensure the wipes remain wet. The perforation part of the wipes was not really easy to open nor get your fingers to break through easily. Pulling out the wipes was easy and took a bit of tugging the first 10 wipes. This did cause the wipes to stretch out and get thin in areas. However, the worst part was that when you pulled a wipe out the next wipe was always stuck inside the package and you had to fish it out. This is not at all convenient when you're trying to clean up a baby or toddler and you have to fight with getting the wipes out of the packaging.

I've been buying these since 2020. They've changed a couple times. First they went from Cloud Island to Up & Up (both just different Target labels), but this most recent change in the summer of 2025 hasn't just changed the package design and made them more expensive. The ingredients are wildly different, which is a big deal for a lot of people who are purposely buying sensitive wipes. These now contain aloe, amount other things they didn't used to. Can't for the life of me figure out why something that's supposed to be hypoallergenic contains aloe. If you've been buying these all along for your sensitive/eczema/diaper rash prone baby or kid, just know there's a chance they'll no longer work for you.

Just finished 1 pack of these, and they work well, just as expected. My 8 month old has sensitive skin, and these did not irritate her at all. There is no smell to them, they are thick and a good size. I will definitely start buying these from now on. Great product and great price point.

They’re alright. They’re extremely wet, almost too wet, and I can never pull out just 1 wipe at a time, I’m always pulling out at least 5-6. However, never had an issue with rashes or skin irritation with these wipes.

Quilted wipes at a good price! And they’re hypoallergenic. Another favorite from up & up brand!

We've used this on two of our babies with sensitive skin who are prone to eczema and it doesn't irritate their skin.

No smell, a wetter wipe so it actually gets stuck on poop off. I prefer these for my wipe warmer because they don’t dry out like other brands.

The inside edges of the top lid are very sharp! It’s common for mommies and daddies to give baby the wipe package to play with to occupy them while getting changed, we don’t want babies getting hurt.

I really like these wipes. They work every well for me baby's sensitive skin. But recently I bought a box for wipes and when I opened it there was a pack of wipes the wasn't filled all the way.
