Came without a cover. I bought it thinking it would help with neck pain, actually feels worse. It’s very hard doesn’t give at all, basically like a piece of board. Not at all comfortable.

Shipping nightmare!

I’d love to rate this but have yet to receive it. This ships from a third party. Everything shipped by Target is received quickly. This was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and is still sitting somewhere. Poor shipping!
