I like them more than typical gummies
I was rather shocked at other reviews saying they taste weird or had a bad after taste because to me these just taste like I'm eating a sweet, sour, and mildly salty taffy. They may be a bit harder in cold weather, but with it being like 80 degrees out lately they're easily chewable for me. I really love the cherry lemon flavor and find it much less off-putting than most gummy vitamins because gummies tend to taste weirdly chalky or waxy to me. These soft chews were closer to eating an airhead candy or something. As for the actual effectiveness, they helped me sleep despite having pretty considerable insomnia for the past few months. I'd definitely buy them again if they weren't sold out at my local store lol.

Disgusting
I chew 3 of these and they are initially exactly like starbursts, but the after taste? OH NOOOO. It is disgusting. It's so nasty it triggers my nausea and I cannot swallow it all. Out of the 300 mg I attempt to consume, I only eat 75% <. That being said, it did have effect but I am returning these. Never again.

Bad taste and I got stomach ache
I bought it on February 21 at Walmart. Tried during the weekend and yesterday Mondsy 23rd. There is a nasty aftertaste at the end, and I felt pain in my stomach a few minutes after swallowing. An hour later, a nasty fishy smell was coming out if my mouth. My dinner was same I have every night of pasta with butter and a small piece of chicken. Nothing smelly or in bad condition. I tossed the rest of the bottle in the trash.

Good quality, OK taste
While I noticed a difference in my sleep quality and ability to fall asleep, the gummies were quite large and did not taste well. They are individually packaged so it makes it nice to travel with or take out, but I would not purchase again.

Avoid these soft chews!
I looked forward to an effective sleep aid since with surgeries and discomfort I haven't slept well for about a year and a half. In honesty they did provide a few good night's sleep. However the cost of enduring the horrendous flavor of the chews every evening was too much, I had to buy a different product. (They are also chewies but with a pleasant taste much easier to stomach.) I thought it might just be me; however, when I offered the Natrol soft chews to friends, they returned them to me promptly with accurate descriptions of the nasty taste.

Great Magnesium Glyciate

I really didn’t taste an aftertaste when chewing them. It really helped me with my sleep and digestion when taking them. I take one every other day and it really helps me.

The flavor and texture are pretty hard to stomach. I got these since my usual brand wasn't available... they've actually been keeping me up at night. Definitely not a good option.
