  • A: I just bought this and took me a second to figure out. Grab one of the handles from the bottom of the handle and push out towards you to unlock. They are not drawers. Like I thought.

Organizing and grouping!

I bought two of these rolling towers -one for bathroom items that do not fit in the vanity. The other for knitting projects and tools. I love the new video and images. Can you show how a person could open the clips? It was hard at first, but I found a way that is easy.

Do not buy!!!!

Awful DO NOT BUY. All the handles fall off when trying to just put stuff in it and it’s so incredibly hard to detach one from the other.

Busted and not happy

This is amazing except it was missing a latch and broken. There was no way I could get in touch with anyone to just get a bit of money back because of the damage. I do not want to return it.

I love this organizer a lot, however it did take me a while to understand how to open and close each section. Now that I have it figured out, I find it very convenient that I can take out one section at a time and then put the lid on any of the sections. I use it as toy organization for my toddler and it’s nice to be able to be in control of her getting a few items out at a time so that we don’t lose things that go together. I do wish the sides were a bit more durable as a few of the levels are bent out of the perfect rectangle shape

Poor Design

Impossible to open! I assumed these were drawers when I purchased in the store. I liked the short height, which I thought would be perfect for under my kid's desk. My hands hurt from trying to unlatch these - there's no way this would work for my kid. Definitely returning.

Bad design. Too hard to open.

The handles are so hard to open and when they do finally click open they tend to fall off and you have to figure out how to click them back in. This simply does not work. This is astonishingly poor design for a brand like Brightroom. We had such high hopes.

Craft Organization

It serves its purpose

The wheels don't roll well, even when in the unlocked position, but I was still able to easily drag it around because it only had light stuff in it. I like the various sizes but think I'll stick with drawers in the future because the stacking part just isn't for me.

Great for Barbie toys

This is an expensive but nice set up for my daughter’s Barbie’s. She keeps the dolls on the bottom one and organizes the clothes, shoes, accessories in the other bins. It also fits some small furniture. So far we are happy with the purchase. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive expensive.
