[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is yummy and good to have at home if the local places are closed or if we didn't have any options or wanted to save a little money but I think since I do I may not purchase this again. I do like granola in my bowls but this is a weird texture as it is all different sizes and my husband didn't care for it at all. The carbs and sugars are high even without the granola. Also you need to plan ahead to eat this as it takes 2 hours to thaw or 25-40 seconds in the microwave. I dont always have the time or a microwave.

It is thawed from the freezer on the counter in about an hour, or you can speed it up a little with a quick spin in the microwave. The smoothie bowl contains no added sugar which is important to me, and the mango dragonfruit blend is plenty sweet! The granola is a great touch and it would even be good with a little yogurt too. This is the perfect healthy meal on the go!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the Açaí bowl was good. It was a little tart, but the coconut and granola helped sweeten it up and added to delightful crunch. I tried to let it thaw by room temperature for an hour and it was still frozen solid so I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds then I was able to eat it.

Seems like every review here was paid for their review or they got the product free, so here is one that wasn’t paid for and was actually purchased. This was not great. It tasted like slightly flavored freezer burn with frozen fruit cup chunks. The only real flavor that came through was the mango from the mango chunks. The dragon fruit flavor was sorely lacking. The granola wasn’t bad but it kinda tasted out of place with the rest of the bowl. I have enjoyed the other Sambazon bowls but will never purchase this one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sambazon fruit and granola topped smoothie bowl in the Mango Dragonfruit blend free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I do like mango and smoothies are always delicious so to see them blended into a bowl with granola topping I was intrigued to try it. It does have a microwave option to thaw. But the preferred method is to thaw on a countertop for an hour then stir and add the granola. This seems like way too long to wait for a snack. However, if you have some housework to get caught up on or if you packed it in your lunchbox for work, or maybe even sat it out while you did your workout, then it could be thawed and ready for you to eat when you were finished. This was really the only downside of this product. The flavor and quality of the smoothie was very delicious. It was a little odd to eat a smoothie out of a bowl. But it was really good. The mango tasted fresh and it had just the right amount of tart and sweetness. Overall, it was a good snack and I am glad I was able to try it. The cost for this tiny bowl seems a little pricy. But if you can catch them on sale then it’s totally worth buying them.

The packaging was easy since it was already in a bowl! It is a packaged food but it was fresh. It’s a good breakfast for college students who need something quick!

I ended up actually sharing this with my toddler and he loved it! Packaging is great, would be perfect for a busy morning when you’re not trying to make anything heavy! Please allow to unthaw packaging comes in individual boxes, which makes it easy to consume one a day. These will be a great lunch or snack item.

You can get readily made Sambazon smoothie bowl from the store. Just thaw it and eat. I actually used defrost option on my microwave oven for 1 min and it worked great. It comes with small granolas packet and it tasted just like a mango smoothie bowl I get it from the smoothie place. The portion is quite small so this will be like a snack or your could add more fruits. Otherwise, I recommend it for nice afternoon snack for myself or my kids.

The portion is a good size and definitely satisfies my craving for a good fruit and granola snack. Its very easy to bring this to work and travel with too.

I simply had to let it thaw out but not completely where it was just liquid with fruit. I added the Granola blend on top and me and my daughter shared it and it was delicious. I love mango fruit and this was perfect for this summer heat and you can taste the little bites of mango. I see us buying these next time we are at the store! It is a smoothie in a bowl literally that you can eat with a spoon.

I love a good smoothie bowl and to be able to have one at home, for a fraction of the cost, was definitely a selling factor to me. When I removed it from the packaging, it looked very lackluster compared to the photo on the package. That’s to be expected from frozen, prepackaged food. While it was not terrible tasting, it also was not spectacular, either. It tasted more like a popsicle than it did a smoothie bowl. My kids didn’t like it, at all, but they are also picky eaters. It’s an okay option if you need a quick and easy breakfast or snack. I don’t think we would, personally, purchase them again.
