You can get readily made Sambazon smoothie bowl from the store. Just thaw it and eat. I actually used defrost option on my microwave oven for 1 min and it worked great. It comes with small granolas packet and it tasted just like a mango smoothie bowl I get it from the smoothie place. The portion is quite small so this will be like a snack or your could add more fruits. Otherwise, I recommend it for nice afternoon snack for myself or my kids.

The portion is a good size and definitely satisfies my craving for a good fruit and granola snack. Its very easy to bring this to work and travel with too.

I simply had to let it thaw out but not completely where it was just liquid with fruit. I added the Granola blend on top and me and my daughter shared it and it was delicious. I love mango fruit and this was perfect for this summer heat and you can taste the little bites of mango. I see us buying these next time we are at the store! It is a smoothie in a bowl literally that you can eat with a spoon.

I love a good smoothie bowl and to be able to have one at home, for a fraction of the cost, was definitely a selling factor to me. When I removed it from the packaging, it looked very lackluster compared to the photo on the package. That’s to be expected from frozen, prepackaged food. While it was not terrible tasting, it also was not spectacular, either. It tasted more like a popsicle than it did a smoothie bowl. My kids didn’t like it, at all, but they are also picky eaters. It’s an okay option if you need a quick and easy breakfast or snack. I don’t think we would, personally, purchase them again.

Thawed just enough to spoon the bowl reveals a swirl of mango and dragon fruit that is more muted than the box suggests. The color is beautiful with a texture closer to a fruit puree than a true smoothie. The granola topping lightly sweetened, that adds crunch but not heft. It is a gentle contrast, not a bold one. The diced fruit pieces scattered on top feel like a nice bonus. It is not a sugar bowl and I prefer this point. It is a breakfast that is healthy and satisfying.

The fruit and granola topping looked fresh in the picture, but in reality, the granola was soft and lacked crunch, and the fruit didn’t taste as vibrant as expected. The smoothie base was a bit watery and bland, with the mango and dragon fruit flavors not standing out the way I hoped. For the price, I was expecting something more refreshing and satisfying, but overall it just didn’t hit the mark.

I like all of the ingredients that are in this, so I have no idea how they made it taste so bad. But it tastes very strange. Also, having tried both the microwaving method and the let it sit out method that the box describes, I still end it up with an icy chunk that I had to hack apart with a spoon. Target sells great frozen fruit, just go get some of that and some granola and you will be much better off.

The bowl is a completely different color than the picture on the box and was still completely ice after microwaving and thawing for 20 minutes. Usually love this brands bowls that come in the cardboard bowls, disappointed this wasn’t the same.

It was okay. The fruit chunks were nice tasting but the base on the other hand was odd. And on top of that, you get a pinch of granola for the entire bowl… for that price, no way! Their other options are much better!

It’s very flavorful, but waiting for it to get smoothie-like texture instead of fruity ice-chunk-like texture takes too long if you want something immediately. I like the chunks of fruit. It was good on a hot day, though.
