[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a frozen enchilada option the taste is delicious! It is a little spicy for me so I probably would get a milder one but the flavor is like fresh Mexican food. I also prefer flour tortilla to corn but overall I would try these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t able to get the enchiladas, but they did have taquerias, and they are so good! This is the perfect snack for lunch, in the meantime, or a late night snack! Pop them in the air fryer and top them to give it razzle dazzle, and it’s delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cooked pretty fast and included two enchiladas. The texture and flavor were mid. The packaging was cute though. Overall, 3/5 stars because the product could have had more flavor.
Tapatío Beef Enchiladas – Soupy but Spicy Situatio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the Tapatío Beef Enchiladas for a quick TV dinner, and let’s just say… I got enchiladas with a side of soup I didn’t order. 😂 The flavor was actually pretty solid — I could taste the cumin and chili powder doing their thing — but it was way more tortilla than meat, and I kept wondering if a spoon would’ve been more useful than a fork. And can we talk about the lonely entrée life? No rice. No beans. Just two enchiladas floating solo. Even Weight Watchers throws in a side, and with all that saucy juice, a little rice would’ve been a hero. I zapped it in the microwave for convenience, and while it wasn’t bad, I’ll probably stick to TV dinners that come with some backup dancers (aka sides). Bonus points for 15g of protein, but 1460 mg of sodium?! My blood pressure said “¡Ay caramba!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ – Spicy, saucy, and solo. Next time, I’m bringing my own rice.
Yummy we really enjoyed them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love these it didn’t take too long to cook the portion size are perfect to go with additional enhancements to the meal. I love how the flavor pops when eating. I thought it was going to be too spicy but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too spicy for me. The packing came in a convenience container that was easily transferable to the plate as well the texture stay together when transporting to the plate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have some tortilla chips available on the side because this has a good amount of sauce lots of cheese. The corn tortillas tasted very authentic. I was totally impressed. It could use a little more beef, but it was very easy to heat up in the paper packaging, which I was really happy to see still not happy to see the plastic film, but the product itself looked very good in the package before I cooked it. It didn’t look like it was all mushed into one tray after cooking it. It still looks fabulous. you can see by the photos and the taste was almost exactly like a restaurant. I was really impressed. I would highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was ok considering it was a frozen meal. Heating was done in two parts. The sauce was spooned over the enchiladas after the first heating. The cheese got stuck to the top of the plastic when I recovered it and then removed it when it was finished. The sauce was definitely the star of the dish. It was a 5/10 on the spiciness scale and had a good spice combination. Beef taste and texture was average. Would have liked it if there was more filling inside the tortillas. Tortilla was a bit thicker than what I liked. I might get it again if there is a good sale but it’s definitely not my go to dish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tapatío Beef Enchiladas come in a hearty portion size that’s satisfying enough for a full meal without feeling overly heavy. Each enchilada is generously filled with seasoned ground beef, wrapped in soft tortillas, and covered in a zesty Tapatío-inspired sauce. The flavor profile balances a smoky chili heat with tangy tomato undertones, complemented by the richness of savory beef and a mild cheesiness that ties everything together. The texture offers a perfect contrast—tender tortillas soak up the spicy sauce, the beef filling provides a juicy bite, and the melted cheese adds a smooth, creamy finish. Easy-to-follow cooking instructions are included on the package, typically recommending oven baking or microwave heating for a quick, hot meal that maintains flavor and texture. The packaging is sturdy and designed for convenience, with clear branding that highlights the bold Tapatío flavor. It’s sealed to keep the meal fresh while offering a vibrant, appetizing presentation on the front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the meal, but next time I go honk I’ll ll use the oven. The microwave made the tortillas slightly rubbery, but it was edible and I really like the sauce, it’s spicy but not over the top. The portion size is ok, definitely for one, and I liked the packaging for sure. It made me really want to see what was inside. Would definitely buy again though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Tapatio lover, i had to try these. I chose the beef ones and they were very good. Great portion for one person, easy to make for a quick dinner or lunch. They are not spicy at all, the tapatio gets a little lost in the sauce but overall i loved them. Definitely skinnier/less filled than the packaging shows but you can always amp it up with some sour cream, lettuce, tomato etc. Great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brings a bold kick to frozen comfort food. In terms of value, they’re an affordable way to satisfy a craving for something hearty and spicy without going out to eat. The packaging is simple yet effective, with clear cooking instructions that make preparation easy whether you’re using the oven or microwave. Once heated, the texture of the tortillas softens nicely, soaking up the sauce, while the beef filling is tender and well seasoned. The taste delivers that signature Tapatío punch zesty, flavorful, and just the right level of heat for spice lovers. Overall, it’s a satisfying meal option that combines convenience with authentic-inspired flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a quick and easy meal, just the right size for one person. It definitely has a little bit of a spicy kick, but it's not overwhelming. It's easy to make with the microwaveable packaging for when you're looking for a no-stress meal. Im not usually a fan of beans, but the combination with the beef was fairly satisfying. There is plenty of sauce, and just follow the directions on the box to make sure you spread it onto your enchiladas properly. I would definitely get it again as a quick, filling meal with good flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with these enchiladas. I was expecting them to be too spicy, but the heat level was actually perfect and added great flavor. The beef and sauce were delicious and the cheese melted nicely on top. The only downside is that if you make them in the oven it takes about 28 minutes, but since there’s also a microwave option it’s not a big deal. Overall, they turned out really good and I would definitely recommend them. I’m definitely full after eating them. Five stars!
Delicious and Flavor-Packed Chicken Quesadillas –

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a huge fan of Mexican food, I was genuinely impressed with these Chicken Quesadillas. They’re loaded with flavor from the very first bite — a perfect blend of tender, juicy chicken, creamy Chihuahua cheese, and a tangy, spicy salsa hot sauce that really brings everything together. I followed the cooking instructions exactly and used my air fryer, cooking them at 395°F for about 12 minutes. The result? A beautifully crisp tortilla on the outside and a melty, flavorful filling inside. The texture was just right — not soggy, not overly crunchy — and the flavor profile was rich and satisfying. The cheese adds a smooth, creamy element, while the chicken is well-seasoned and savory. The salsa hot sauce gives it a kick of medium heat that adds excitement without overwhelming the dish. Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of spicy food, but I still really enjoyed the balance of flavors here. For those who love heat, this would make an absolutely perfect snack or light meal — spicy, cheesy, and satisfying. This is a fantastic ready-to-eat option for anyone craving bold, authentic flavors without having to cook from scratch. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a late-night snack, or a party appetizer, these quesadillas hit the spot. Highly recommend for any Mexican food lover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these beef enchiladas and they were okay, just not really my thing. The sauce had a nice kick to it, but it leaned more salty than flavorful, so the spice didn’t shine through the way I was hoping. The beef filling was decent but a bit soft, and the tortillas, while they held together, had more chew than I prefer. I can see how someone who enjoys a stronger chili flavor might find them more enjoyable, but for me the balance just felt a little off. They weren’t bad by any means, just not something I’d be excited to pick up again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was like any other packaging, easy to open. It didn’t really have a spiciness level to it in my opinion. It tasted text mix with a little hint of sauce, but not overpowering at all so I would say the spice in this is very low. I think the portion size is good and the taste was very good. I was very impressed.
