Love it!
I first found this brand when I bought the rake for pet hair. My husband used to joke saying I was addicted to it. I would do it every night religiously. Then I found the grooming kit. My dog did not like it at first. But then I think he understood, that when I do this it feels good plus he probably feels lighter. We use it every other night. I also use the one part on his bed,blankets and carpet. The reason im giving it 4 stars, is because when I use the fabric attachment it doesn't suction at hard as when im using the other attachments. But i do love this thing seriously!

Trimmer wont charge
One star until I get details on how to correct the issue. Used trimmer once until recharge was needed. Plug it in wont charge. Thing is clean, like it's never been used still. Kind of disappointed there is like information online.

I have a husky. They notoriously shed constantly. As if the process or grooming wasn’t a lot already, the clean up is a pain. This completely changed the grooming game. The attachments work phenomenally and the vacuum nearly eliminates the clean up. We have yet to try to blower feature on the husky but that’s next! It’s also worth mentioning my sweet boy is ridiculously skittish. He hates loud noises but this thing is quiet enough to not scare him and yet still somehow strong enough to work like magic. 10/10!

I have a schnauzer. If you’ve never been owned by a schnauzer, you probably don't understand how incredibly bossy they are, and how attached they are to their attitudes. Mine does not like to sit still for any grooming-adjacent tasks and loudly complains. It generally takes 4-6 sessions over 3 days to get him halfway decent. With this thing? One full session and an extra 10 minutes. Cleanup was super simple because the hair just disappeared! I am in LOVE with this thing. Worth every single penny.

I absolutely love this pet grooming kit! It has reduced the amount of hair in my master bedroom where my pets live by 80%. You’re still gonna have a little bit of shedding, but nothing like I was having before. If I use the shedding tool on her every other day the volume of hair floating in my room is so much less..

Not what I hoped for
It is advertised as being quiet... I have not yet been able to use it because it is so loud and disturbing to my dog. I guess I don’t have anything to compare it to. I have been using the brush and deshedder , which are great, without turning on the vacuum, but haven’t been able to use the trimmer- which is a large reason why I spent the money. I tried vacuuming my outdoor cushions but it won’t suck the hair... my regular vacuum cleaner works better for that. I’m still hoping that if I run it in the background enough I will eventually be able to use it.

I have a lab and a Queensland heeler . The tube clogged on the first use on my lab . I spent 20min unclogging the hair . I was so excited for this but unfortunately regretted spending the money on this immediately.

Too loud. Not well advertised as such. Not for dogs who are scared of loud noises or vacuums. This was specifically promoted as being quiet and “room level” which it is not. Waste of money for me.

Pretty useful tool for pet grooming. Last time we took our dog to the groomer they claimed our dog was matted. They cut it down to bareskin and he came home shocked and wouldn't walk for few days. Since getting UC, he's enjoyed the daily grooming brush and successfully trimmed his hair without any problem.
