Not actually soft
Tastes good but it's not soft, there's a bunch of little crunchy bits inside each one. I have TMJ issues, so finding snack bars that don't exacerbate that is difficult, for some reason they're all either crunchy or toughly chewy. This one bothers my jaw less at least.

Size and loss from crumbliness
I love the new cinnamon soft baked. But with how much of each biscuit is lost due to being so crumbly, the least they could do is make them a decent size. I have to eat mine over my wastebasket because so many pieces fall off. Just doesn't seem right...Losing so much of biscuit it's barely worth buying anymore and I've been eating these every day for years. Time to find something else, I guess. Great product but not our favorite flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] belVita “breakfast cookies” as we call them in our house, are a staple for a quick, easy, nutritious option for breakfast or on the go snacking. This particular flavor didn’t get super high marks my our kids. They didn’t care as much for the cinnamon flavor - chocolate chip will probably continue to be the go-to. That said, it’s a great product so if you’re a fan of cinnamon, give it a try!

Can be a little dry but otherwise a great snack/breakfast on the go or when I need something really quick before an actual meal. After only a few bites, I feel full. I love the cinnamon taste, and it's not overbearing. Ill most likely be looking for these in the store to add them to my breakfast or my snack time.

The flavor of the Cinnamon Oat biscuit was very good. However, I felt the biscuit had a little too much texture & was too dry. Tastes like oatmeal cookies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unsure what to expect upon receiving this breakfast bar and had assumed it would be like other breakfast bars I eat, such as Nature’s Valley, where it would be extremely hard and crunchy. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the packaging and was easily able to break off a piece of the breakfast bar to try. The bar was so soft that little pieces fell off in crumbles. Upon taking my first bite of a bar I thought it was delicious and I was immediately reminded of oatmeal cookies. The flavor was great and the only reason I did not give the breakfast bars 5 out of 5 stars was due to how dry the bars are. While they’re extremely tasty, after a bite or two you notice how dry they are and you definitely need a drink to wash the breakfast bar down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a mixed review. My roommate likes these but I didn’t. They are a not moist enough for my liking. They are more like a hiking protein bar in consistency, so not really a texture I prefer for a breakfast bar. The roommate had no issues with the texture or flavor, but eats this food/brand more often.
