This should be applied after you wash your face. You only need little droplets on each part of your face. The first time I used it, I used way too much! I suggest waiting until this dries because this takes a while to fully absorb. It does feel sticky at first, but the end result is amazing! This helps with calming your skin, moisturizing, and evening out skin tone. This is part of a Madagascar skin routine. This did work very well with my makeup.
