This vitamin c serum is well formulated for the money and it’s highly effective! It’s even wonderful to use on the back of one’s hands to help lessen the appearance of age spots. It’s This product absorbs quickly and is suitable for all skin types.

Bad reaction
I bought this serum 3 days ago, unfortunately I had a burned, red, itching skin reaction. I wear the night and day facial moisturezer and I'm fine. So I thought, the serum would work as well. Maybe is the vitamin C that is too strong for me. Money not well spent!!

This gave me the worst rash. I have always had very clear skin and hardly ever get acne. I bought this in hopes of brightening my skin postpartum and it cause an awful breakout around my mouth and a rash that feels and looks horrible. Im on day 4 of this now and it doesn’t seem like it’s getting any better.

It burned my face and neck. I have sensitive skin and I use Cetaphil eczema line. I put this on in the morning and it started burning and red rash started on my face and neck around lunch time. It got worse as the day went. I had negative reaction to Cetaphil redness relieving line in the past. I wish I could use serum but will stick to the basics.

Lightweight. Fast results on my dark spots. I don’t think it’s glitter btw but rather the hydrolyzed HA spheres. I use it only at night.

feels nice but had a reaction
haven’t been using many skin care products other than basic face wash and moisturizer after a bout of allergic reactions last year. i got this because my electrologist said vitamin c would help with hyperpigmentation. sadly the allergy recurred. It went on nicely and i like the shimmer but not hypoallergenic for me sadly.

Gold micro-glitter serum
Serum felt great and seemed to be amazing until I realized I had tiny gold glitter particles all over my face and hands. I looked like I had just handled a Christmas card. I couldn’t figure out what I had touched that had glitter and then I realized it’s this serum. So apparently “Luminous” means glitter?! Really disappointed. Hoping they revisit this product and offer a glitter free option because the serum felt great. Can’t speak to results because I only tried it once, I won’t use it again and it’s going back.

I don't know all too much about serums but i like that vitamin c is included in this, as I could use all the brightness I can get on my skin. I haven't seen a change yet but I have hopes. Especially for the colder winter months! The bottle is easy to use and a good portion. Decent product i think nonetheless, and look forward to the results later on. Fingers crossed.
