[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I poured myself some of this cereal this morning. I should have known from the touch of fruit that it wasn't going to be very berry. The berry flavor is very slight which I like but it's barely there. The cereal itself is good also. It's a healthy cereal which i like. There's not added sugar so it's not a sugary cereal. I might want to try other flavors from them as well.
Great healthy breakfast choice!!!

It tastes amazing, fresh, and super healthy, and it's just a great breakfast choice to start your day off. We will definitely be purchasing this cereal at our local grocery store.

I'm on a bit of a health journey to lower my cholesterol and get more fiber in my diet, and this cereal is great for that. It has 6 g of fiber and no saturated fat. It is a bit high in sugar from the fruit filling, but that makes it delicious! I do not like that the serving size is not calculated by number of pieces and not cups--I am not going to sit and count out 32 pieces every time. It does not get soggy in milk, and thereis not 1000 broken pieces at the bottom of your bowl.

I was very excited to receive this since my husband loves cereal and is very picky about the cereal he eats so i know i would get honest feedback from him about it. He said he really enjoys the flavors and likes that it is something healthy and full of fiber but still tasted good without being overly sweet & loved the surprise berry center but he wished it had a light frosting top. He has already repurchased this cereal and said Kashi needs more flavors like this.

Like you can taste the filling on some pieces really well, then other pieces seem kind of dry. Not my favorite cereal flavor wise but definitely on the top of the list for being filling and hearty.

Like if I want a snack I just grab a handful. Of course it is better with milk. It never loses its taste in the milk. This is a must have for breakfast or even if you want a quick snack!

You can add whatever you like to add into your cereals. It is perfect nutritious breakfast. It comes in other flavors too. I definitely recommend it, if you haven’t tried it yet.

There is a small amount of fruit in between each one that gives it the perfect amount of sweet. I actually just ate them dry straight out of the box. It was a yummy snack. My kids enjoyed them too.
