I could not find the Trader Joe’s version so I settled for Target and boy am I impressed. It was delicious! People complain that the cookie is hard but it’s perfect just the way I like it. I think the ice cream itself is a little bland and could use more flavor but it is said on the box to be vanilla not gingerbread flavored so it’s ok. It really hits the spot and I am craving another the next morning. I will be buying more boxes.

Bring back the gingerbread men!
It is not even Christmas, and these have been unavailable for 2 weeks. The ones I previously received were very good, soft cookie, ice cream was creamy and in tact, not soggy as mentioned in other reviews. The spices are mild, but tasty. Bring back the gingerbread men!
